Paper towels, kitchen roll, 30/CS. 273-00

The Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services awarded contract PCO05468824 to Virginia Distribution Center (VDC), operating under the Department of General Services, on September 14, 2026. The contract encompasses the procurement and delivery of paper towels in kitchen roll format, with a total cumulative contract value of ninety-five dollars. The single line item specifies the delivery of two cases of paper towels at a unit price of $47.63 per case, with delivery designated to Deitria Bache-Shumate.

The awarded contract represents a straightforward supply procurement transaction within the Commonwealth of Virginia. While the materials provided do not explicitly specify the period of performance or the exact location of performance beyond the designated recipient, the contract award date of September 14, 2026, establishes the execution date. The minimal contract value and discrete line item quantity suggest this represents either a small-scale operational supply replenishment or a component of a larger blanket purchasing arrangement with the Virginia Distribution Center.
