Paper towels, bleached, multifold 4000/CS MF5301 and 1 more item

The Virginia Distribution Center (VDC), operating under the Department of General Services, has been awarded a contract by Richard Bland College effective September 9, 2026. The contract, identified as PCO05464528, is valued at $181.00 and encompasses the supply of janitorial and hygiene products. Specifically, the award includes the provision of bleached multifold paper towels (2 cases at $28.18 per case) and lotion soap in 16-ounce bottles (1 case at $125.11). Both items are designated for delivery to Tyler Vargas at Richard Bland College.

This contract represents a routine procurement of consumable supplies for facility maintenance and operational needs. The relatively modest contract value and limited scope of line items suggest this is a straightforward purchase order for essential janitorial supplies. The Virginia Distribution Center serves as the prime contractor, leveraging its role as the state's centralized distribution entity to fulfill the college's supply requirements. No additional performance period details or annual value projections are specified in the award documentation.
