The Virginia Department of Health issued contract award PCO05387532 to Virginia Distribution Center (VDC), operating under the Department of General Services, on June 22, 2026. The contract encompasses the procurement of facility supplies totaling $289.00. Two primary line items comprise this award: facial tissue (white, 2-ply, 30/100 count boxes per case) in a quantity of 2 cases at $27.47 per case, and hand sanitizer (Purell, 12/12 ounce units) in a quantity of 3 cases at $78.16 per case. Both items are designated for delivery to Brent Mullenax.

This procurement represents a routine supply acquisition by a Virginia state health agency through the established distribution channel provided by VDC-DGS. The contract award documents do not specify an annual value, separate contract period of performance, or county designation; however, the cumulative contract value of $289.00 reflects the complete cost of the identified line items. The transaction demonstrates standard government purchasing procedures for essential facility maintenance and hygiene supplies within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
