Mayo Instrument Stand with 5-caster Mobile Base 28-48 Inch

Colonial Scientific Inc has been awarded contract PO05431940 by the Virginia Department of Health, effective August 6, 2026. The contract encompasses the procurement and delivery of medical equipment, specifically two Mayo Instrument Stands with 5-caster Mobile Bases in the 28-48 inch adjustment range. The equipment is designated for delivery to Lucy Huffman. The total cumulative contract value is $358, with individual units priced at $179.19 each.

The contract represents a straightforward equipment procurement within the Virginia Department of Health's operational needs. As a prime contractor award, Colonial Scientific Inc bears full responsibility for fulfilling the delivery and performance obligations outlined in the purchase order. While the contract award documentation does not specify the period of performance or specific county designation, the award date of August 6, 2026 establishes the contract initiation point. The relatively modest contract value and limited scope indicate this represents a routine equipment acquisition rather than a comprehensive service delivery engagement.
