Colonial Scientific Inc has been awarded a contract by the Virginia Department of Health under contract number PCO05443704, effective August 18, 2026. The contract encompasses the procurement and delivery of medical and healthcare-related supplies and equipment, with a cumulative contract value of $1,088.54. All deliveries are directed to Khadijah Madyun at the Virginia Department of Health.

The line items under this contract award include fabric bandages (10 boxes of 100-count, 1x3 inch), a Health-O-Meter Digital 599KL waist-high scale, a Ritter Paper Tear Kit, and Avalon Standard Exam Table Paper in 18-inch standard smooth format (12 per case). These supplies support the operational and clinical functions of the Virginia Department of Health. The contract does not specify an explicit contract period of performance; however, based on the line item quantities and cumulative value, this appears to be a limited purchase order for immediate or near-term delivery requirements.
