Colonial Scientific Inc. was awarded contract PCO05402141 by the Virginia Department of General Services on July 9, 2026. The contract involves the supply of Universal Wastewater Certified Reference Material, specifically QCI-084 product manufactured by NSI Lab Solutions. The procurement specifies delivery of three units, with each unit consisting of a one-liter package containing four individual reference material containers. The deliverable location is designated as the Department of General Services/Division of Consolidated Laboratory Services (DGS/DCLS).

The total contract value is nine hundred sixty-three dollars, calculated from the unit price of three hundred twenty-one dollars and seventeen cents per package, multiplied by the ordered quantity of three units. The contract documents do not specify an explicit period of performance or differentiate between annual and total contract values, suggesting this may represent a single-delivery or fixed-quantity procurement rather than an ongoing services arrangement.
