Bon Air AHQ - 5000 Gallons Unleaded and 2 more items

Mansfield Oil Company was awarded contract PO05433327-V2 by the Virginia Department of Transportation on August 20, 2026, with a cumulative value of $14,294.56. The contract encompasses the delivery of bulk motor fuel to William Butterworth at the Bon Air Administrative Headquarters facility in Virginia. The primary deliverable consists of 4,937 gallons of unleaded fuel priced at $2.84 per gallon, along with associated fuel fees of $283.85 and an additional bulk motor fuel line item as specified in the attached contract documents.

The contract represents a fuel supply arrangement for the Virginia Department of Transportation's operations. Deliveries are designated for the Bon Air Administrative Headquarters location, with William Butterworth identified as the delivery recipient. The relatively modest contract value and single-delivery structure suggest this award may represent either a spot purchase or a limited-term fuel supply agreement to meet specific operational requirements of the contracting organization.
