Pure Life Purified Water - 16.90 fl oz (500 mL) and 1 more item

The Commonwealth of Virginia's Department of Medical Assistance Services awarded contract PCO05430265 to The Supply Room (TSRC) on August 5, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $31.00. The contract encompasses the supply and delivery of bottled water products, specifically Pure Life Purified Water in two distinct configurations: 16.90 fluid ounce (500 mL) cartons priced at $13.46 per unit and Nestle Pure Life Water 48-pack 8-ounce cartons priced at $17.90 per unit. Both line items are designated for delivery to Brenda Keeton.

This minimal-value purchase order represents a routine procurement of consumable supplies through the established state contracting framework. The contract award does not specify an annual value or extended period of performance, suggesting this is a limited, transactional procurement rather than an ongoing supply agreement. As a state of Virginia contract, the procurement is subject to applicable state procurement regulations and vendor management protocols administered by the Department of Medical Assistance Services.
