The Commonwealth of Virginia, through Central State Hospital, awarded contract PCO05392914 to The Supply Room (TSRC) on June 29, 2026. The contract encompasses the procurement of office supply materials, specifically Neenah Bright White Cardstock in letter size (8.5 inches by 11 inches) with a 65-pound basis weight and smooth finish. The cardstock is acid-free and lignin-free, meeting quality standards for archival document preservation. One package of this material was ordered under the contract for delivery to Airreona Blackwell at location B113 in the Nursing department.

The total contract value is fourteen dollars ($14.00), reflecting a unit price of $14.52 for the single package ordered, with the line item quantity set at one package. No separate annual value or extended contract period is specified in the award documentation, indicating this represents a discrete purchase order transaction rather than an ongoing supply agreement. Central State Hospital served as both the contracting organization and place of performance for this procurement.
