Softsoap Antibacterial Soap Pump - Crisp Clean Scent - 11.25 fl oz - Pump Bottle Dispenser…

The Virginia State Police awarded contract PCO05382138 to The Supply Room (TSRC) on June 15, 2026, for the procurement of cleaning and hygiene supplies. The contract is valued at $116 and covers the delivery of Softsoap Antibacterial Soap Pump products in the Crisp Clean Scent formulation (11.25 fluid ounce pump bottle dispensers). The awardee will deliver three cartons of the antibacterial soap at a unit price of $38.78 per carton to Dan Dellinger, representing a standard procurement of hand and skin hygiene products for use across the Commonwealth of Virginia.

This award reflects a routine supplies contract typical of state government procurement activities. The Virginia State Police, as the contracting organization, executed this purchase through The Supply Room, a state-designated supplier. The modest contract value and single line item indicate this represents a straightforward materials acquisition for operational use within the Virginia State Police facilities or operations.
