This procurement represents a routine office supply acquisition typical of institutional purchasing activity. The contract reflects a straightforward transactional arrangement for consumable goods rather than a comprehensive service delivery engagement. No annual value or extended contract period information is documented in the award record, suggesting this represents a discrete purchase order or spot buy rather than an ongoing requirements contract. The minimal contract value indicates this transaction falls within standard university procurement thresholds for supplies and materials.
