This contract represents a nominal-value procurement by George Mason University from Facebook, with the total contract amount distributed across nine discrete advertising-related line items. The award was executed in Virginia and delivery is specified to the university's purchasing department. Given the minimal cumulative value and the itemized structure of the contract, this award likely reflects a specialized or supplemental advertising service arrangement rather than a comprehensive advertising campaign.
