George Mason University awarded a contract to EZCATER ROOTS NATURAL on June 17, 2026, for the provision of food and beverage items totaling $864.00. The contract, designated as A247_PC_TXN00609251, represents a single transaction delivery to GMU Purchasing in Virginia. The prime contractor supplied an array of consumable products including spreadable food items (20 units of The Supreme Spread and 15 units of The Vegan Spread), beverages (30 units of assorted canned drinks and 30 units of bottled water), and desserts (35 total units of assorted desserts across three line items).

The contract includes ancillary service fees typical of food service procurement, comprising a $77.25 tip fee and a $15.00 delivery fee, which together account for approximately 10.6 percent of the total contract value. All deliverables were designated for delivery to GMU Purchasing, with no separate period of performance specified beyond the award date, indicating this represents a spot purchase or single-occasion catering transaction rather than an ongoing service agreement.
