The contract represents a straightforward transactional procurement for novelty and craft-related items, with all deliveries designated for receipt at GMU Purchasing. While no explicit period of performance is documented in the contract record, the award date of June 17, 2026, serves as the reference point for contract execution. The minimal contract value and limited scope indicate this is a routine purchase order rather than a comprehensive service or supply agreement, with Amazon.com LLC serving as the prime contractor responsible for fulfilling delivery obligations to the university's purchasing department.
