Virginia Commonwealth University awarded a contract to MailChimp on September 8, 2026, under contract number A236_PCTXN01485125a. The contract carries a cumulative value of thirteen dollars ($13). The contracting organization, Virginia Commonwealth University, designated VCU Purchasing as the delivery point for performance of this agreement. The specific line item reflects a single unit purchase at a unit price of thirteen dollars, with the line item description listed as unknown in the available documentation.

The contract award documentation does not specify a defined period of performance, annual value, or the specific products and services to be delivered by MailChimp, as the line item government description is not provided in the available records. Given the minimal contract value and single-unit transaction structure, this award may represent a test purchase, demonstration purchase, or administrative transaction rather than a full-scope service or product delivery engagement. Additional contract documentation would be necessary to clarify the exact nature of goods or services being procured.
