The contract involves the delivery of one unit of an unspecified product or service to VCU Purchasing at a unit price of $438.97 per unit. While the specific nature of the goods or services remains unclear from the available documentation, the award falls within Virginia Commonwealth University's procurement purview and is designated under contract identifier A236_PCTXN01484970a.

The contract was executed in Virginia and represents a single-order or small-value procurement transaction typical of university purchasing operations. The minimal contract value and singular line item suggest this may constitute a routine equipment, supply, or service acquisition. The absence of a defined performance period in the provided documentation indicates this may be a one-time delivery or an ongoing arrangement with indefinite performance dates. Additional contract documentation would be necessary to clarify the specific products or services being procured and any associated performance requirements or delivery schedules.
