Contract A236_PCTXN01470164a

Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) awarded a contract to Trello.com Atlassian on June 9, 2026, with a cumulative value of $62.00. The contract was established through VCU Purchasing and involves the delivery of one unit of an unspecified product or service at a unit price of $62.50. While the specific line item description is unavailable in the contract documentation, the minimal contract value and single-unit quantity structure suggest a nominal procurement, potentially for software licensing, access credentials, or a small-scale technology service from Atlassian's portfolio of collaboration and project management tools.

The contract performance location is designated for delivery to VCU Purchasing in Virginia. No specific performance period beyond the award date of June 9, 2026, is documented in the available contract materials. The condensed contract value and straightforward procurement structure indicate this transaction represents a routine purchase rather than a multi-year engagement, though the complete scope of work and any renewal or extension provisions cannot be determined from the information provided.
