Virginia Commonwealth University, the contracting organization, serves as the primary place of performance for this award within the Commonwealth of Virginia. The relatively modest cumulative contract value indicates this may represent a specific purchase order, a portion of a larger blanket purchase agreement, or a limited-scope supply arrangement. Additional contract documentation, including the statement of work or purchase order specifications, would be necessary to identify the precise products or services included within this award and to establish the complete period of performance.
