Virginia Commonwealth University awarded contract A236_P0349679 to Amazon.com on August 13, 2026. The cumulative contract value is $399. While the specific products and services to be delivered under this agreement are not detailed in the available documentation, the nature of the engagement between a major research university and a large technology and e-commerce provider suggests procurement related to either information technology services, cloud computing infrastructure, or goods distribution.

The contract was executed in Virginia and will be performed by the prime contractor, Amazon.com. The period of performance and any specific performance locations beyond Virginia Commonwealth University's jurisdiction are not specified in the provided contract information. The minimal cumulative value of $399 indicates this represents either a very limited scope engagement, a pilot or evaluation project, or a blanket purchase agreement with initial funding at this threshold level.
