Amazon.com, Inc. was awarded a contract by Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) on August 3, 2026, for the procurement of computer peripherals and audio-visual equipment. The contract, designated A236_P0345214, carries a cumulative value of $246.00 and is to be performed in Virginia. The award encompasses three distinct line items totaling one unit each: a Plugable USB-C Triple Monitor Docking Station priced at $187.90, a Logitech Brio 101 Full High Definition 1080p Webcam at $37.97, and a Logitech H390 Wired Headset for personal computers valued at $20.59. All items are to be delivered to VCU Procurement.

This contract represents a routine supplies acquisition supporting VCU's information technology infrastructure requirements. The equipment specified aligns with standard office and remote work capabilities, enabling enhanced display connectivity, video conferencing functionality, and audio communications for university personnel. The relatively modest contract value and single-unit quantities per line item indicate this procurement addresses specific departmental or facility needs rather than enterprise-wide deployment initiatives.
