MIEP25510815 Surface Laptop for Business Copilot and 1 more item

Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) awarded contract A236_P0345201 to B & H Photo Video-Pro-Audio on August 3, 2026, for a cumulative contract value of $3,554.62. The contract encompasses the procurement of technology products to be delivered to VCU Procurement in Virginia. The award includes two distinct line items: a Surface Laptop for Business Copilot priced at $3,255.34 and a one-year Complete for Business Plus service agreement priced at $299.28.

The contract deliverables consist of hardware and software support services designed to enable productivity and artificial intelligence integration within VCU's computing environment. B & H Photo Video-Pro-Audio, as the prime contractor, is responsible for providing the Surface Laptop unit and associated yearly service coverage. No specific period of performance dates beyond the award date of August 3, 2026, are provided in the contract documentation. The relatively modest cumulative value and limited scope indicate this represents a single equipment purchase with corresponding maintenance and support services rather than a comprehensive technology services engagement.
