Virginia Commonwealth University awarded contract A236_P0344366 to The Supply Room (TSRC) on August 3, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $136.00. The contract encompasses the procurement of office supply products for delivery to VCU Procurement. The awarded line items include Kleenex Professional Facial Tissue Cube ($14.49), Business Source Writing Pads 50 Sheets in a dozen quantity ($10.48), TOPS Docket Gold Legal Ruled White Legal pads ($56.30), and Mead Premium Wirebound Legal Pads 70 Sheet at a quantity of ten units ($5.49 each). All materials are designated for delivery to VCU Procurement within the Commonwealth of Virginia.

This contract represents a routine office supply acquisition by Virginia Commonwealth University through The Supply Room as the prime contractor. The procurement addresses standard operational needs for writing instruments, notepads, and facial tissue products commonly required in institutional office environments. The modest contract value and limited scope of commodities indicate this is a routine replenishment order rather than a comprehensive supply agreement.
