The contract represents a low-value procurement executed by Virginia Commonwealth University, a state institution located in Virginia. All six line items are scheduled for delivery to VCU Procurement. The cumulative contract value of $99.00 reflects a routine supply purchase, likely supporting theatrical production, cosmetology, or similar academic or operational needs within the university. No separate contract duration or annual value figures are specified beyond the award date, indicating this may constitute a one-time or completion-based procurement action.
