Candex Solutions Inc has been awarded a contract by Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) effective June 16, 2026, with a cumulative value of $200. The contract consists of four line items, each valued at $50, with delivery to VCU Procurement in Virginia. The line items reference four individuals—Beth Bortz, Joshua Smith, Suzanne Brixey, and Jacqueline Webb—though the specific nature of the products or services being delivered is not clearly delineated in the available documentation.

Based on the contract structure and line item designations, this award appears to involve deliverables or services associated with the named individuals, each quantified as a single unit. However, the government descriptions for each line item are incomplete or corrupted in the source documentation, preventing a comprehensive characterization of the actual scope of work, performance period, or detailed service requirements. Prospective vendors or stakeholders requiring additional clarity on contract specifications should contact VCU Procurement directly.
