The contracting organization is located in Virginia, and the contract is presumed to be performed at or for Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University's facilities. The contract award represents a transaction between a higher education institution and a commercial vendor; however, additional critical contracting details including the period of performance, specific statement of work, and itemized deliverables are not contained in the available documentation. The notably modest cumulative value suggests this may represent a purchase order or supply agreement rather than a comprehensive service contract.
