00394634-Confirming Inv 00394634 Semi-Annual

ATAB LLC has been awarded a contract by Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with an effective date of September 9, 2026. The contract carries a cumulative value of $90.00 and involves the delivery of a single line item identified as Confirming Invoice 00394634 on a semi-annual basis. The deliverable is priced at $90.00 per unit, with a quantity of one unit specified for this delivery. The point of delivery is identified as Colwell Crystal.

The scope of work under this contract award is limited in scope, consisting of the fulfillment of a confirming invoice associated with item number 00394634. While the specific nature of the goods or services comprising this invoice is not detailed in the available documentation, the semi-annual delivery schedule indicates an ongoing performance obligation extending beyond the initial award date. As the contracting organization is a Virginia-based educational institution, the performance location is reasonably understood to be within Virginia. The relatively modest contract value and single-unit delivery structure suggest this may represent a confirmatory or administrative transaction rather than a substantial procurement.
