28-106-Olympus Conical Polypropylene Centrifuge and 2 more items

Genesee Scientific LLC was awarded a contract by Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University on August 24, 2026, with a cumulative value of $521. The contract covers the delivery of laboratory equipment and supplies to Andrea Lengi at Virginia Tech's facilities. The prime contractor will supply three distinct line items: one Olympus Conical Polypropylene Centrifuge (model 28-106) at a unit price of $135.30, one Olympus Conical Polypropylene Centrifuge (model 28-101) at a unit price of $81.04, and two units of Biotix xTip4 Filtered Pipette Tips (LTS) at a unit price of $152.54 each.

The contract represents a straightforward procurement of laboratory consumables and equipment for use within Virginia's higher education research infrastructure. Delivery has been designated to the Virginia Tech campus, with Andrea Lengi serving as the primary point of contact. The modest contract value and limited scope indicate this is a routine equipment and supplies order to support ongoing laboratory operations at the institution.
