1200-5255-Confirming PO for Invoice 1200-5255

Starnes Refrigeration & Air Conditioning LLC was awarded a contract by Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University on August 11, 2026. The contract represents a confirming purchase order (PO 1200-5255) with a cumulative value of $1,227.50. The line item quantity of one unit at a unit price of $1,227.50 indicates a single transaction rather than a multi-year or recurring service arrangement. The delivery contact for this award is Michaela Liles, reachable at (540) 231-0865.

While the specific technical scope of work is not detailed in the available documentation, the contractor's business classification as a refrigeration and air conditioning service provider suggests the deliverable relates to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or refrigeration equipment or services. The award to a Virginia-based prime contractor by a Virginia institution indicates performance is likely within the Commonwealth of Virginia. The modest contract value and confirming purchase order designation suggest this represents a single service call, equipment repair, or minor installation rather than a comprehensive service agreement.
