Invoice # 139 - Alumni Weekend AAD- 20x50 Frame and 6 more items

Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University awarded a contract to Tents R Us on June 18, 2026, with a cumulative value of $1,461.50. The contract involves event rental equipment and furnishings for the Alumni Weekend event, to be delivered to Jennifer Yates at a Virginia location. The primary offering includes a 20x50 frame tent priced at $863, which serves as the centerpiece rental item for the outdoor event.

The remaining contract line items consist of complementary event furnishings and décor elements, including ten 5-foot round tables and four 8-foot rectangular tables at $12 each, ten 120-inch round linens and four 90-inch by 156-inch rectangular linens at $18 each, and eighty-five white plastic chairs at $2.10 each. The contract also includes free delivery of all items. The modest cumulative contract value of $1,461.50 reflects what appears to be a routine equipment rental transaction for a university alumni event, with all deliveries coordinated through a single point of contact.
