The University of Virginia awarded contract A207_PO-0490196 to Amazon Capital Services, Inc. on October 10, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $90. This procurement represents a purchase order issued through the Commonwealth of Virginia's contracting framework. While the specific products and services deliverables are not detailed in the award documentation provided, the contractor's classification as a capital services provider suggests the engagement may involve procurement-related services, logistics support, or related operational functions aligned with the university's institutional needs.

The contract documentation does not specify a defined period of performance, annual value breakdown, or designated place of performance beyond the awarding institution. Given the minimal contract value and the procurement instrument type, this award likely represents either a pilot engagement, a supplemental purchase order, or an administrative transaction within a broader vendor relationship. Additional contract documentation would be necessary to identify the precise scope of work, performance metrics, and service delivery requirements associated with this engagement.
