The unit is priced at $24.99, resulting in a cumulative contract value of $24.00. The kettle features five preset settings, light-emitting diode indicator lights, a removable tea infuser, glass construction with a 1.8-liter capacity, a 360-degree swivel base, and stainless steel components, and is manufactured to be free of bisphenol A. The product is to be delivered to Abi Margell.

This purchase order represents a routine commodities acquisition by the University of Virginia, a state institution in Virginia. No specific period of performance or place of performance beyond the delivery recipient is indicated in the available contract documentation. The minimal contract value suggests this transaction falls within standard purchasing procedures for office supplies or employee amenities rather than a major procurement undertaking.
