Group M Design was awarded a contract by the University of Virginia on October 3, 2026, for the design and production of the 2026 Virginia Newsletter League (VNL) Fall magazine. The contract, identified as A207_PO-0487975, is valued at $10,750.00. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive design services including layout, production management, client communications, graphic editing, stock imagery licensing, content revisions, and file preparation for a 36-page publication plus cover. The deliverable will commemorate the organization's 125th anniversary and will feature a hybrid design approach combining traditional feature articles with visual spreads modeled on the History Center's 30th anniversary edition format.

The magazine will be delivered to Patsy R Knight at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. This single-unit contract represents the complete design and production services required to bring the publication to market. No separate annual value or multi-year contract period is specified in the award documentation, indicating this is a discrete project-based engagement for the Fall 2026 magazine edition.
