The contract represents a relatively low-value purchase order typical of routine medical and athletic equipment procurement by academic institutions. While the specific location of performance is not explicitly stated, the award falls under Virginia state authority through the University of Virginia's contracting mechanisms. The transaction reflects standard procurement practices for institutional healthcare and athletic support supplies, with Henry Schein Inc. serving as the prime contractor fulfilling the delivery requirements to the designated recipient.
