The University of Virginia awarded contract A207_PO-0485948 to The Supply Room (TSRC) on September 30, 2026. The contract encompasses the procurement of disposable beverage containers specifically identified as Dixie PerfecTouch 12 ounce insulated paper hot coffee cups manufactured by Georgia-Pacific Professional. The order consists of one carton containing 160 cups per pack across 6 cartons, with delivery directed to Kaitlyn Rose Miller. The cumulative contract value totals $252.

This procurement represents a routine supplies acquisition by the University of Virginia, a state contracting organization within Virginia. The insulated paper coffee cups are standard-issue consumable goods commonly utilized in institutional settings for hot beverage service. No specific performance period or location of performance beyond the delivery recipient is indicated in the contract documentation. The modest contract value and single line-item structure suggest this represents a straightforward purchase order for operational supplies rather than a comprehensive service or capital acquisition agreement.
