Provide network drops for new PTube system at BLDG 1150 University Hospital 2M Level as per vendor…

The University of Virginia awarded contract A207_PO-0485351 to Allegiant Communications LLC on September 28, 2026, in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The contract encompasses the provision of network drops for a new PTube system installation at Building 1150 University Hospital, 2M Level. This single line item, valued at $5,200.00, represents the cumulative contract value and is being delivered to John B. Hennis. The network installation work is based on a vendor quote dated September 23, 2026, and addresses infrastructure requirements for the specified hospital facility.

This procurement by the University of Virginia reflects a discrete infrastructure upgrade project for the hospital's telecommunications or data transmission capabilities through the PTube system installation. Allegiant Communications LLC, as the prime contractor, is responsible for delivering the complete network drop installation service as a single deliverable unit. The relatively modest contract value and specific scope definition suggest this represents a focused, project-based engagement rather than an ongoing service contract.
