Carhartt Force Relaxed Fit Ripstop Utility Pant - 38x34, Dark Khaki and 2 more items

The University of Virginia awarded contract A207_PO-0485171 to Haberdasher Corporate Apparel LLC on September 26, 2026, for the procurement of work apparel and related items. The contract, valued at $526, encompasses the delivery of three distinct line items consisting of Carhartt Force Relaxed Fit Ripstop Utility Pants in two colorways (Dark Khaki and Navy, both in size 38x34) and Port Authority Long Sleeve Cotton Twill Shirts in Classic Navy (size 2XL). All deliverables are designated for Todd Allen Gibson.

The procurement includes ten total units across three line items: three Dark Khaki utility pants at $68.50 each, five navy cotton twill shirts at $36.75 each, and two navy utility pants at $68.50 each. As a Virginia-based state institution, the University of Virginia serves as the contracting organization for this award. The modest cumulative contract value and limited quantity of items indicate this represents a routine apparel procurement to support operational needs.
