Praxair Distribution Inc has been awarded contract A207_PO-0485048 by the University of Virginia, a state institution in Virginia. The contract was executed on September 26, 2026, with a cumulative value of $227. While the specific products and services are not detailed in the award documentation, Praxair Distribution Inc—a distribution subsidiary of an industrial gas and materials company—typically provides gases, chemicals, and related equipment for laboratory, medical, and industrial applications. Given the contracting organization is a research university, the products or services likely support institutional operations, research activities, or facility requirements.

The contract documents provided do not specify the period of performance, annual value breakdown, specific locations of performance within Virginia, or the detailed scope of work. The minimal contract value of $227 suggests this may be a single purchase order or small task order rather than a comprehensive supply or service agreement. To obtain complete details regarding deliverables, performance locations, performance schedule, and service specifications, additional contract documentation or clarification from the University of Virginia's contracting office would be necessary.
