The University of Virginia awarded a contract to America To Go LLC on September 19, 2026, under contract number A207_PO-0482390 for food service delivery in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The contract involved the provision of prepared salads sourced from Chopt Creative Salad, with a cumulative contract value of $253.42. The single line item specified delivery on September 21, 2026, comprising fourteen salads of various varieties, including Kale Caesar, Southwest Steak, Classic Cobb, Sweet Apple Orchard, and Greek salads.

The deliverables were designated for the Ethics Consult Service at the University of Virginia, indicating the meals were to support lunch service for that organizational unit. With a unit price of $253.42 and a quantity of one order, the contract represented a minimal-value transaction typical of small catering or meal service purchases. The brief performance period—spanning two days from award to delivery—reflects the time-sensitive nature of food service procurement.
