House of Doolittle 18x13 Academic Desk Pad Calendar - Academic - Julian Dates - Monthly - 14 Month…

The University of Virginia awarded contract A207_PO-0482109 to The Supply Room (TSRC) on September 18, 2026, for the procurement of office supplies. The contract, valued at twenty-four dollars, calls for the delivery of three House of Doolittle 18x13 Academic Desk Pad Calendars to Preeti Chhabra. Each calendar is priced at $8.26 per unit and features an academic calendar format with Julian dates, monthly layout spanning 14 months from July 2026 through August 2027, a vinyl desk pad construction, and dimensions of 18.5 inches by 13 inches with 2.12-inch by 3-inch daily blocks.

This purchase order represents a routine office supplies transaction executed by the University of Virginia's procurement department in Virginia. The contract's limited scope and minimal dollar value indicate this is a standard commodity acquisition for institutional desk calendar supplies rather than a comprehensive service delivery engagement.
