The University of Virginia awarded a contract to Quartzy on September 18, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $387. The contract, identified as A207_PO-0481789, procures laboratory and medical supplies for delivery to Tanner Jack Wherley. The three line items include Supermax Protegé Stretch Nitrile Gloves (blue, 24 centimeter length, small size) at $60.10; 15 milliliter centrifuge tubes (sterile, bag format) at $186.19; and Corning DeckWorks pipet tips (1000 microL capacity, graduated, nonsterile polypropylene, reload system) at $141.44.

The contract represents a straightforward purchase order for laboratory consumables and personal protective equipment required for research or clinical operations at the University of Virginia in Virginia. The modest contract value and limited scope indicate this is a routine procurement of standardized laboratory supplies rather than a comprehensive service agreement or multi-year supply arrangement.
