The University of Virginia has awarded contract A207_PO-0481336 to America To Go LLC, effective September 17, 2026, for catering services valued at $482. The contract encompasses a single line item for feast catering delivery scheduled for October 28, 2026, to Pinn Hall in support of Resident Didactics Lunches. The scope includes the preparation and delivery of 27 boxed lunches featuring an assorted menu of four sandwich varieties: nine turkey, brie, and cranberry sandwiches; six roast beef and cheddar sandwiches; five rosemary ham and Gouda sandwiches; and seven Caprese sandwiches. Delivery is designated for Tammy D Leconte.

This contract represents a limited, task-specific engagement for food service catering at the Virginia-based institution. The modest contract value and singular performance date indicate this procurement is for a discrete educational event rather than an ongoing service relationship. America To Go LLC has been selected as the prime contractor responsible for all catering execution and delivery obligations under the award.
