American Eagle Office Copy Paper, 11X17, 30% Recycled Content, 20-Pound and 1 more item

The University of Virginia awarded contract A207_PO-0481093 to The Supply Room (TSRC) on September 16, 2026, for the procurement of office paper supplies. The contract, valued at $315, encompasses the delivery of two distinct paper products to LaQuinta Spellman. The awarded items include American Eagle Office Copy Paper in 11x17-inch format with 30 percent recycled content and 20-pound weight, as well as standard copy paper in 8.5x11-inch white format with 92 brightness rating and 20-pound weight.

The contract specifies quantities of two cartons each for both line items, with unit pricing of $101.57 per carton for the larger format recycled paper and $56.17 per carton for the standard white copy paper. This procurement represents a routine supplies award within the Commonwealth of Virginia, with performance conducted through the University of Virginia's purchasing mechanism. The modest contract value and straightforward commodity nature of the deliverables indicate this transaction is typical operational office supply procurement conducted by a state higher education institution.
