09/16/2026 Bellair Market 25 Note: lunch is being provided for Day of Caring Community Project…

The University of Virginia awarded a purchase order (PO-0480975) to America To Go LLC on September 16, 2026, for food catering services valued at $409.00. The contract was executed in Virginia and involved the delivery of meal provisions to Charlottesville High School for the Day of Caring Community Project. The deliverable consisted of a single line item encompassing 25 sandwich platters (each meal sized for 10 persons), 25 beverages (Coke), and associated servicewares.

The meal delivery was directed to Kathryn W McEldowney at the Bellair Market location and fulfilled on the award date of September 16, 2026. As a transactional purchase order rather than a term contract, the engagement represents a one-time food service procurement with no specified contract period beyond the performance date. The relatively modest contract value reflects the limited scope of the catering engagement, which was specifically designated to support the lunch component of a community outreach initiative at the secondary school facility.
