The University of Virginia awarded a contract to DNA SOFTWASH AND ROOF CLEANING on September 17, 2026, for power washing services at its facilities in Virginia. The prime contractor was tasked with providing all necessary tools, equipment, materials, and labor to power wash designated areas along Lee Street, including the hospital, cancer center, and emergency entrances, as well as the adjacent bus stop. The scope of work also encompasses power washing of the overhangs at both the hospital and cancer center entrances. The contract specifies a completion date of September 20, 2026, with deliverables to be provided to Christopher Brady Ward.

The total contract value is $5,162.42 for the single line item representing the complete Lee Street power washing project. This award represents a discrete, time-limited service engagement rather than an ongoing requirements contract, with performance concentrated over a three-day period in mid-September 2026.
