The University of Virginia awarded a contract to Virginia Tent Rental under Purchase Order A207_PO-0477326 on September 4, 2026, for the provision and delivery of temporary event infrastructure. The contract specifies a single line item valued at $3,230.00, representing the cumulative contract value. The deliverable consists of one 60-foot by 60-foot by 8-foot Century Peak Pole tent with 8-foot white sidewalls, complete with fire extinguisher and Exit and No Smoking signage. Delivery is designated to Teresa M. Freix at the University of Virginia location in Virginia.

The contract represents a straightforward goods procurement for event support services within the Commonwealth of Virginia. No annual value, separate contract amount, or defined period of performance is specified in the contract documentation. As the contracting organization, the University of Virginia engaged Virginia Tent Rental as the prime contractor to fulfill this equipment delivery requirement, likely in support of an upcoming institutional event or gathering requiring temporary covered space and compliant safety equipment.
