4 x 4 in. Cast Iron or Plastic to Cast Iron or Plastic Flexible Coupling and 2 more items

Noland Co has been awarded a contract by the University of Virginia effective September 2, 2026, with a cumulative value of $172. The contract involves the supply and delivery of plumbing fixtures and coupling components to William Christopher Harvey. The award encompasses three distinct line items: four units of 4 x 4 inch cast iron or plastic to cast iron or plastic flexible couplings at $9.79 each; eight units of 3 x 3 inch cast iron or plastic to cast iron or plastic flexible couplings at $7.82 each; and ten units of Johni-Ring wax gaskets for 4 inch waste lines back outlet toilets at $7.09 each.

This Virginia-based contract represents a low-value procurement for plumbing system components and replacement parts. The specified delivery recipient and the nature of the materials suggest the items are destined for maintenance or repair work within University of Virginia facilities. The contract does not specify an annual value or extended period of performance, indicating this is likely a one-time or task-order based procurement for discrete materials.
