Invoice for payment for various events held at PAVll over the past year. Invoice got lost…

The University of Virginia awarded contract A207_PO-0476055 to AVOCADO INC on September 2, 2026, for payment processing services related to event invoicing. The contract encompasses a single line item valued at $25,934.25, representing cumulative compensation for various events previously held at PAVII (Pavilion II) over a twelve-month period. The invoice for these services was delayed in processing due to personnel transitions within the contracting organization and required resubmission for payment authorization to Melissa Means.

Performance of this contract was completed at the University of Virginia's facilities in Virginia. AVOCADO INC served as the prime contractor responsible for event delivery and subsequent invoice submission. The contract represents a retroactive payment obligation for services rendered during the preceding fiscal year rather than a prospective service delivery arrangement. The cumulative contract value of approximately $25.9K reflects the aggregate cost of the multiple events conducted at the specified venue over the performance period.
