The University of Virginia awarded contract A207_PO-0475254 to The Supply Room (TSRC) on September 1, 2026, for the procurement of beverage products totaling $576. The contract encompasses the supply and delivery of three distinct beverage items: Canada Dry Ginger Ale (5 cartons at $20.94 per unit), Gatorade Orange-Flavored Thirst Quencher (5 cartons at $33.73 per unit), and Gatorade Lemon/Lime-Flavored Thirst Quencher (9 cartons at $33.73 per unit). All deliveries are directed to Kimberly Gardner.

This purchase order represents a routine operational supply acquisition by the University of Virginia, a public institution in Virginia. The contract encompasses the provision of ready-to-drink beverage products in standard commercial packaging, with quantities and specifications consistent with institutional consumption needs. The modest cumulative contract value and transactional nature of the award indicate this is a standard inventory replenishment order rather than a comprehensive supply agreement.
