09/14/2026 Red Hub Food Co. Catering 50 Note: Higher Education Speakers Series. 1 Food & Beverage…

The University of Virginia awarded a contract to America To Go LLC on August 28, 2026, for catering services supporting the Higher Education Speakers Series. The contract is valued at $3,553.84 and encompasses food and beverage services provided by Red Hub Food Co. The deliverable includes a catering cocktail event with flat-rate pricing, beer and wine service, and bar setup and rental fees. The services were delivered to Pamela Farmer on September 14, 2026.

This procurement represents a single line item transaction for an institutional event requiring integrated catering and bar services. The contract falls under the Commonwealth of Virginia's higher education institutional purchasing and was fulfilled through America To Go LLC as the prime contractor managing the engagement with the food service vendor. The modest contract value and event-specific scope indicate this was a specialized catering arrangement for a university-sponsored speaker event requiring full-service beverage and event setup capabilities.
