University Ave/Carr's Hill Rd Tree Work - Remove dead Red Oak along road. Full cleanup…

The University of Virginia awarded contract A207_PO-0468520 to ArborLife Professional Tree Care, Inc. on August 13, 2026, for an estimated cumulative value of $3,950.00. Based on the contractor's name and service classification, the contract encompasses professional tree care services, likely including arboricultural work such as tree maintenance, pruning, removal, or related forestry management activities. The contract was executed within Virginia and performed at University of Virginia facilities or designated properties under the institution's jurisdiction.

The specific period of performance, detailed scope of work, and exact locations of service delivery are not detailed in the available contract documentation. However, this procurement represents a service agreement between the Commonwealth of Virginia's higher education sector and a specialized tree care provider, with the University of Virginia serving as the contracting organization. The modest contract value of approximately $3.9 thousand suggests either a limited-scope project, a time-and-materials engagement, or a purchase order for discrete arboricultural services required on campus or at university-managed properties during the specified contract term.
